01/28/02 Last June, Natalie Grant released her second pop album, Stronger, which perfectly describes her incredible vocals and her faith walk with the Lord. She was a breath of fresh air during a particularly stressful week, offering friendly and straightforward answers about her own strengths and weaknesses.
What three words describe you best?
Outgoing, energetic, and determined.
What are your spiritual gifts?
Prophecy, leadership, and administration.
What's one thing you've overcome in your life?
Complaining.
What would your friends say is something you do that's "odd?"
I'm quite the neat freak.
What's one of your bad habits?
Popping knuckles.
What are some of your nicknames?
Nattie and Nat.
What clubs/activities were you involved with in high school and college?
Lots of church programs. I was a bit of a tomboy, so I played softball and basketball. Then I was also a cheerleader. And I played flute too.
What job would you like to do for a day?
I'd love to be Bill Gates so that I could give back to humanity.
What's a great lesson you've been taught?
To see the best in people through the eyes of Jesus.
What's something you think you should do better?
Driving — I tend to drive too fast.
What animal, other than a dog or a cat, do you think would make a fun pet?
A monkey.
What would you take out of your life if you could?
Pride.
Do you collect anything?
I used to collect charms and bracelets.
Do you have a hidden talent?
Cutting hair.
If you were on the show "Survivor," what would your luxury item be?
Cell phone (satellite).
Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
"Totally" and "It was the best!" I tend to exaggerate.
If you were given a two-week vacation anywhere in the world, where would you choose to go?
Seattle, which is home.
